Back I use SwishMax all the time. It's a great little product that does what it does really well. The "Max" part really means that it supports actionscript up to about Flash 5. Not the highest cutting edge scripting ability like in the FLash MX series, but quite capable for most website, banner and possibily simple games. (SwishMax actionscipt does support collision detection which is vital for games).
Oftentimes, I find it faster for me to do things in Swish than doing the same in Flash. So, I give this program a 5 out of 5.
