I've only tested Jonathan's formula, and it works fine in my 3 and 4 frames

NOTE: if you use it, please change the graphics (buttons and so on), as this
will be used in a public project. Be careful, as some items must preserve
its aspect ratio. For example, the button where you click the bar must be
100px length, as well as the little-ball will start at position 0 and will
end at 100 (be careful with registration points). And also note this is
concibed to be used from external movies (so the buttons are loaded in
_level1). You can adapt it easilly.
