Hi Ted,
I just did the upgrade yesterday, it's just $99 to upgrade to the C5
standard. (a bit more if you're going to C5 Pro). You don't need to
buy C4, just buy the Upgrade which is priced at $99 (for either C3 or
C4 - a great deal for C3 users!)
That's if you order the downloadable version, which I recommend if you
want the beta in the meantime right now. Once C5 is released you'll
get another download.
After you've downloaded the 160 or so megabytes file make yourself a
backup copy on CD. Ya never know....
