Back It's been an on-going struggle with e-frontiers about their SDK for a long time. I think this is Eovia's reaction to what E-Frontier started by not supplying them what they needed.
In greater numbers, E-Frontiers is now missing on people that would have brought Poser to use that content in Carrara.
With greater support of Poser content, Eovia simply doesn't need another company's product while at the same time increasing its readily available models for purchase by many, many fold...brillent move, I think. I don't own Poser, but I do think it's clungy and burdensome to bounce between apps for each modification to a scene.
I haven't tested out the replication and particles (don't even know if C5 has static particles). But probably within the next version or two, cloth and hair/fur ability may be included directly into the program without the need of a plugin.
