Help; Selecting Multiple objects to shade all at the same time&

Hi,

If you have Shader Ops, there is a tool Edit|Apply Shader to Selected
Items that will do just that. Select all you want, objects and groups,
click the menu item and then pick the master shader from the drop down.

If you don't have Shader Ops, it will still work in evaluation mode. It
will only do 5 objects a time, but you can keep selecting it until it
applies to all the objects you have selected which is still often
quicker than manually doing it.
