Seriously though, there isn't anything you can do to undercut some people.
The only consolation is that you're probably seeing the same guy advertising
the same job repeatedly having hired several 'cheap' freelancers who haven't
done a good enough job to start off with.
I've seen it myself, people pay peanuts, they get monkeys.... then have to
fork out a decent salary for someone to start the job from scratch but do it
right.
