Hello All,

I have recently started working with the Hexagon demo (v1.01) I have
not been able to apply Catmull-Clark level 5 to a flat grid primitive.
I can get it up to level 3, but I need more poly's! I did not try any
of the other sub-d types, but I will give them a go in the meantime.
