I did a quick experiment and it looks like the Layers List shader overrides any lighting model you try to assign to a shading domain so right now you can only do it globally as far as shading domains go.
The Multi Channel Mixer respects lighting models so you could limit where it applies using that. Drop a shader or texture in the mixer that highlights where you want the bevels, drop two copies of the same shader in each Source and then apply the Bevel lighting model to one of those.
