That is actually the problem. I cant mone in or out on the axis on
the other views.  I want to move out to get a larger view of my
front, side and top views but the camera controls are locked out.  
They only reappear with the perspective camera view selected.  This
was not thee case in V3. Am I the only one who has this problem?
