Back Even in C3, the camera controls do nothing for the front/back, left/right, top/bottom views. That is why there is a separate zoom-in (icon: magnifer) and pan (icon: a hand) tools to control these views. These tools can also move the view of the camera view, but the results are rarely what's desired when you render, (hencefore why there is a command to remove the pan from the camera).
For the camera view, there are several icons that can rotate the camera, move the camera, bring in or take back the camera, etc.
