Back Hi all,
I've uploaded to the file section, "Jeff's Carrara Files", a picture tut, video example and the car file for a arm rig I've been working on. The rig uses Michael's free Track Amplifier plugin, (the latest version) to control the movement of a elbow fan bone and a bicep muscle bone.
I think this works pretty well. Right now there is a bug in the TA plugin that causes rotation tracking in the y axis to move backward after 90 degrees. Michael is working on this.
Now I want to experiment using this to control shoulders, hips and maybe even fingers. I've noticed that bending fingers in 3D look so unnatural if the fingers don't fatten up as they bend. Even Poser fingers, as nice as the hands look, don't look right when bent for this reason.
Laterness... -Jeff
