Okay, thanks Eric.  This does help.  What I was doing was using the
links at the upper right-hand side of the page, thinking that these
were the ones specifically for the plugin page I was currently looking at.

Perhaps the link text to the plugin's tutorial and gallery pages could
be highlighted or empahsized in such a way to make them stand out
more.  Also, maybe a larger (or different) font might help?
