If you are referring to TransPoser, that is HARDLY what I would call
simple importing. You can bring in full blown scenes, animations, etc.
You can make changes to the scenes, then save the file, and make more
changes in Poser, so that when you open the saved scene in Carrara the
changes you made in Poser will be reflected without further work.
Hardly simple.
