Re: exporting help

Firstly I rarely do anything animation wise on C. With that said,
I 've read numerous posting about C 's lack of ability to select and/or
move the first frame. I don 't think you "can " move the piece of
geometry into the first frame.

Also (after taking the advise on this list) when I do-do something
animiation-wise in C, I start on the first second (00:01:00) on the
timeline, instead of the first frame. That way I can select that
frame and move it, if I need to. So, perhaps that would be the best
solution. Keyframe everything at the first second, move that
object 's keyframe to the first second, and pretend that the mark is
the beginning of your animation.

PS: This is one of those things that many people have their fingers
crossed that will be fixed in the next version of C.

which I think may have been addressed earlier, without a way to solve
it. I am modeling some objects (I know, I should just get Amapi, and
avoid all this) and I accidentally added a keyframe, and kept
building it, and used the sdame file to create other versions. So
basically, I have a few finished models, but the finished version is
a keyframe into the animation.

or I should say, can I somehow delete the begining of the animation,
and the first keyfram will actually replace the start of the timeline
(I realize I can render, or start an animation from this point)
here 's the real problem... I need to export the model as a DXF, and
when I do, no matter what keyframe I am on, it exports the starting
point, and everything is messed up. I also noticed it seems the
problem REALLY lies in master objects. It looks like only the objects
that I created masters for, are the one 's really screwing up.

happening and help me. I have a feeling it is more a master object or
master group I created that has keyframes in it, rather than just an
animation keyframe issue.
