New selection tools for download 2004-05-26 - By John Grden

Hey Patrick, don't know if anyone else thought to do this, but I have a
"reloadTools" command. I didn't restart flash after running the mxp, I just ran
that command and the tools didn't seem to work.
I had to restart flash. Thought it might be an FYI for anyone.
BTW, very cool on the select inside tool
