Yo Jules here's the deal:
First you have to check out this:
Configuration>Publish Profiles>Default.xml
in there you will see these tags:
<ActionScriptVersion>2</ActionScriptVersion>
<PackageExportFrame>1</PackageExportFrame>
<PackagePaths>!!!1filepath!!!</PackagePaths>
So you have to write an xml file of your settings or modify the default one.
If you add a new one you may want to peep at these:
document.importPublishProfile(uri);
document.addnewPublishProfile();
