Hi Mike,
Yes I did, but I found out that my main problem was accessing "pop-up"
related page features within the site. So when I smacked my forehead
and added www.eovia.com to my Pop-up Window > Suppress Pop-ups
"exceptions" list in my Netscape 7.01 preferences settings, the
problem went away.
So things have been working fine since I've done this. But if you are
having issues outside of this problem, then I will have to defer to
someone else.
Hope you find the answer you need.

PS - I found this to be one of the key problems I was having with
other sites as well. So the same approach fixed these problems as well.
