Hello,
I'm looking for some suggestions on repeating a set of key frames some how.
I uploaded a video titled "C2 Animation" to the files section.
Here's the problem: I'm creating an animation of a machine with a conveyor chain (like a bicycle chain but wide like a conveyor and colored red....see uploaded animation), I have animated every link in the chain with key frames but the links only move 1 full link length. Now in the past I would have used the REPEAT command but that is broken in C3, my alternative would be to use the oscillate tweener but that limits me to only 20 cycles so in reality my chain would only move 21 link lengths. Does anyone have any ideas on a work around for that?
One other problem, if you use the oscillate tweener between 2 key frames lets say you have a key at 1 second and another at 4 seconds and you set that to oscillate 20 times. Now you have another object that you want timed with the first one but the key frames are between 2 seconds and 3 seconds. How do you get those two objects to repeat 50 cycles in time with one another with out using REPEAT (since it is broken)? Correct me if I am wrong but the oscillate tweener won't work here either because the key frames of the two objects aren't starting or ending at the same time.
Thank you
