As long as your card works fine in Open GL, go ahead and keep it there.
 It's reported to work faster in that setting versus Eovia software.
Mine goes all wonky, so I have to use Eovia software as my choice.  Not
that I'm complaining, that seems to work fine.

And since it is an "interactive
> renderer" setting it, really only affects my working views, not my
> final image rendering output settings, correct?

That's correct.
