Back i once saw some kind of a flash app. they were able to syncronize speech
with the moving of a cartoon-character-mouth. and i think they had something
like a spectrum too.
unfortunately i cant remember the name of the app.
it was working like this: you had to load the sound and the app wrote down
the peaks itno a text doc. with AS you had to convert it to mouth/meter
movements.
