Nothing in the article mentions any bill from Congress, Postal Service or FCC
proposal to tax email. "Postage," should it ever come about, would be assessed
by non-governmental organizations.

A friend of mine once sent me a hysterical email regarding such a
proposed law, including the supposed bills identification number. A
quick look at the number made it clear that it was a phony.
