Multiple Monitors

With the extra desktop space you are pushing the video card harder then normal.
Carrara also happens to tax the video card and system much more heavily then
most other programs. These 2 reasons are why you are seeing slower performance
in with a dual display setup as opposed to a single display setup. Try changing
your interactive renderer. OpenGL will most likely be slower on your system
with 2 monitors enabled due to the limitations of the systems video card.

 Subject: [Carrara] Multiple Monitors

Hey all, I was wondering if someone can help me with this matter. Carrara
works great,
until I go to multiple screens. It's fast and efficient on a single screen
but when I want to
work simultaneously on two it just seems it can't handle it. It turns very
slow and sloppy,
even before I start working any object when I just the have axis of the
universe without
 anything on it.

 I work on a powerbook G4 15 inch , and I am surprised because it's
tremendously fast and
powerfull on multiscreen with all types of programs at tremendously high
resolutions.
Carrara is the only program with which multimonitor is not an option. It
works awfull.

Does anyone know if there is a known bug regarding this matter and if there
is any
solution to it with fixes (or maybe configuration....)    ....please.

 Thanks to all

 Pere
