This is what you call a non intuitive search engine...

:-/

It goes one archive at a time, so what you want to do is type
in gargoyle, the hit search.  The first one you will see now
is your post.  Then hit the NEXT button.  At that point its goes
to the next archive, which has no gargoyle in it, so it will be
blank.  Just keep hitting NEXT and it goes archive by archive
eventually you will start getting hits.
