Haven't tried it yet, thought about it but I was using a different
card. I had an ATI All-in-Wonder card that showed up as a camera in
flash, but ONLY when the ATI app that came with it was running. So in
short, on my old-arse pc, it was barely stable/usable. If the app
(can't remember the name...) wasn't running, the card still showed up
in Flash's list of cameras, but displayed nothing but a blue screen.

Oh yeah.. just an FYI... you of course don't need to use Central for
any of this to work. Though Central does rock, it doesn't add any extra
functionality as far as fcs goes (I don't think).
