After reading all reply I have the conclusion that I have to use 3rd party,
and yes I have read all documentation of the three 3rd party software which
I think they are the best at the moment( screenweaver, swf studio and flash
studio).
To prevent flash player for working very hard I will make a small
application that communicate with flash and it will work as background apps
(build with VB or Jscript) and do all query and search by displaying the
result in xml format that will be writen in custom temporary folder on user
pc.
I guess that is the proper solution for now and thanks for all you Guys in
the list.. .You're ROCKS

You really wouldn't even need to do that. All you need is to instantiate
an ODBC or ADO driver with a 3rd party extender and use a DSN-less
connection to an Access db file on the cd. Obviously, that wouldn't be cross
platform at this time, but may be soon with Northcode's upcoming extender.
All that said, breaking the data down into usable chunks is likely the
best way for him to get what he wants.
