This seems to get revisited every so often. How does one get a datagrid
column to disappear? I've tried setting the width to zero, which works,
but then when another column is resized the one with a zero width seems
to pop back to some minimal display size. It's very annoying. Anyone
else tackle this? My next thought it to fire a "on data grid resize,
change the column width again" type event.
