hi all,

i am loading a bunch of swfs on demand.
testing with safari 1.2 and Charles (http://www.xk72.com/charles/) i
found out that the swfs still continue downloading although, the clip
they are loaded into has been replaced by the new swf that currently
loads.

my_swf.loadMovie("item1.swf");

my_swf.loadMovie("item2.swf"); // item1.swf is still loading.

i also tested with mozilla and IE on OS X. and they both handle it
correctly. they stop the download of the former swf.

did anybody find a workaround for this problem?
does this problem occur with other platform/browser combos?
i am targetting >fp6r65.

cheers,
phil
