contextmenu requires "publish to flash 7 "?

In my flashmx IDE, I do not have a "publish to flash 7" item in the publish
settings export. Can I include a custom contextmenu in a movie that's
exported as flash6? I realize the user will have to have flash player 7 to
view the custom context menu.
