Recently, I created a newer utility than the one I recently posted--the
new one uses FMX 2004 Pro. You can test your settings using either (or
both) client side and server side recordings. The interval for the BW
feedback is set so that your BW can provide a better average -- like
every 3 or 5 seconds rather than more or less often. Here's the URL.
