Your not alone, brah.

My uncle, for a time, was a domain laywer.  Basically, he'd fight for big
companines like Logitech to get their names back from squatters.  There are
a few loopholes you can go through supposedly, but at the rate the US
government goes in changing laws, your best bet is to go with another name,
as suggested.  Times will change, but since they don't now, don't worry
about it.  If your worried about marketing, you need a different plan.
Simply having a .com doesn't not include nor remove you from necessarely the
mass marketing towards your clients.

I registared a domain name with Feature price before things went down hill
with them.  I'm sure many of you out there know of the problems with feature
price.  Anyway, our domain came up for renewal and we tryed contacting
feature price multiple times to get our domain name renewed.  They did not
do anything.  The domain name expired and they released it, and another
company picked it up.  Feature price sence then has filed bankruptsy.  The
company that took my domain name are a domain reseller.  they are wanting to
charge me $2000 for my domain name.  So I figure, fine, I'll wait for it to
expire however they renewed it so now I don't even have that choice.  The
way this happened I'm thinking that feature price and this other company may
somehow be connected, and maybe they set this up to force me to give them
this outragiouse cost.  Quite honestly, I couldn't even think about paying
this cost for the domain name.  Anyone know of any legal action I can take
to get my domain back?

Daniel
