Mac/PC Font Shift (Authoring)

Mac/PC Font Shift (Authoring)

I am wondering if anyone else out there works in collaboration with other
Flash Developers in a Mac/PC environment.  Meaning: some people work on a
Mac and other on a PC.

We make sure we all have the same fonts on both platforms (purchased from
the same place).  When we open up a fla made on a Mac onto a PC, all the
fonts are shifted down an arbitrary number of pixels.  This happens with all
sorts of different fonts.  The number of pixels depends on the font and font
size.

For people that do know what I am talking about, how do you deal with this?
We basically reigned ourselves to choose one platform or the other as the
only one that can do the final exporting and go through and do all the font
alignments there.

Thanks,
Nate
