Well Mirage is a lot more than just animation. You can do compositing
storyboarding paCheck out here http //www.vizualds.com/article/various-gi-tips
The key point is turn off interpolation. And follow the other tips and
you should get a fairly good render.

Could you please share what format you are using to generate your clip
and Alpha channel?
I remember getting this one time and I think I had to deselect the
"Full Raytracing " setting to RIGHT on.
