I 'm not sure if threaded is neccessarily the correct word to use for
this particular example... however I 've got a window MC which
contains multiple clips inside and I want to test an onPreI think the problem might be that
var tName timeline.name only returns the name of the symbol not the path
if its inside a folder.
Whereas findItemIndex() requires the full path to find the iUse timeline.getSelectedLayers() to get the currently selected layer or
timeline.getSelectedFrames() to get the selected frames.

out there.. The closest thing I found was a project called "Flabber "
which apparently somehow uses the Jabber Calling all ActionScript gurus

document. The XML file contains a list of application names (MSIE
Windows Media Player etcA guy named Cyte at www.studioah.com created an open source easily
customizable menu system which can do what you want.
