As long as you are finding where all the Wizard CAR files are kept
just fine then all you have to do is to check the "Save Scene
Preview " box when you save your scene to the User ScenAll of the texturing and animation was done in Carrara. The little
ship model is borrowed from the sci fi 3d site. I 've split some of
the objects in Carrara so that I could correctly map them.
Nice Ellipsis and nice that you implemented the file API for OS X these
are great news!
I have most probably a couple of questions about the file API but I must
wait to download install and tHello again all you people. I am experimenting with shared libraries
and font symbols as a possible solution to my font woes. (Woe is me!)
I have a font symbol file and am loading it into a test mThanks Dan Eric Joshua and Harvey for your insight on this because
I wasn 't aware that I could have somehow been connecting to a rogue
server. And thanks Joshua for the list. I have used irc.I 've been making progress on this project and thought I would share
with everyone and solicit some criticism.

As I said. Concept Good. Carrara 's execution of it Poor.

do something with the particle sprite. Use a blurry "dot " as the
sprite and by using that plugin all the particles will face Whaddya know he 's right it works. )

There is absolutely nothing going on in the chat room tonight.... I

So I guess you all (well most of you) figured out the best thing to do
is stay away...
Thanks!

-------This one is a real pet peeve of mine. The Metaball modeler in Carrara is
one step above worthless. The interface is poor and non-uniform with the
rest of the program. It is difficult to work on 3Hi Eric
Yeah the first thing I went for was the preferences but the problem
still persisted. Still don 't know what caused it but now the
Storyboard Room is back to normal after I downloaded sHi
If anyone who has done experiments with XMLSocket client / server
programs in Flash I was wondering if you 've encountered this problem
with the mySocket.send function. It sends find as longHi Gang
I don 't know if anyone else has ever had this problem but now when I
try to enter the Storyboard Room to look at animation frames the
frames are so large on the screen that I can onlytry runing it thew other apps that sometimes works

Subject [Carrara] SaThanks Elliot that works great. Your email confirmed what I was just figuring out when it hit my inbox.
However my other larger goal of dynamically loading fonts is not going as well. Does any What about "lumpy " alignment in a dynamic text field where you have htmlText and the space is sometimes at the front of the line?
How to fix it?

I don 't know which 3dXtract Decal shader tutorial you are working off
of but you really shouldn 't be having a problem with sizing your
decal when you initially set it up. Also --- In Carrara@(protected) "darthbobvilla " <spinarouni1@(protected) >

Seems getting the decals where(and sized like) you want them is real
difficult. Am I missing something?
Also having some troublKeep in mind that Blues in general are a problem in CMYK. You will never ge

used this way the background works like a global reflection map.

I am really new at Carrara and a bit stumped at the outcome when I

it shouldn 't matter if they are generated on different operating
