Many thanks for your replies and directions. They 've all been very
useful. I 've looked at both the tutorials currently available and
must say the the Manipulator in thI never did like the old Vertex Modeler it was very time consumming to
even create simple models and now in C5Pro I use the VM all the time.

the play button become a stop/pause button once pressed and visa versa?
Is there a technical reAs far as I can tell none of the new selection tools work in the
Assembly Room. I can 't believe such a basic tool as box or lasso
select is not available yet. I find this an extremely needed time

I haven 't had this happen yet on c5 dont think I have had it happen with
c4 either but I do remember it happening in an earlier carrara veVertex Modeler C4Pro & C5Pro comparare.

Notice the dramatic diffect in C5 more workroom I agree...except memory dots without a user indicator are troublesome if you
use several I have too many things to remember already.
But Carrara "memory " for cameras is great set it name it and wFor the grids go to the Scene Properties panel (second tab in bottom right of screen) and
click on the grids to turn them on or off. This is also where you can add reference images
on each plane.

means c5 comes to you that way. If physical was chosen that is how it
comes to you...paper manual is about $20 bucks xtra and believHi Dan.
