My advice would be to purchase another hard drive and make back ups to
that daily. Then every month or two months back-up to a DVD(s) and
store it at an off-site facility. That seems to Not to complicate things but I would recommend a USB 2.0 hard drive. You
can get 80-120G units for ~$99 at retail.

From "William C. Hellman " <turkee@(protected) One of the neat side effects about modeling and doing 3d work in
general is that it gives you an opportunity to study and learn bout some
pretty interesting things. I 've been working on a little Just a few super-rudimentary C5 animations -

I personally feel that the DIVX AVI-based codec gives the most bang
for the buck. I 've shrunken down 200 Megs to a little bit over 1 Meg
without apparent quality loss. I have yet to see the three thHmm - *most compact* I would say would be mpeg (although I really

Nice job so far with the head I have run into the problems with symmetry
modeling . I don 't model that much with Hexagon but I do like it more than
I did before.
Here is a link for charactYou might want to think about parsing out the XML node saving it to a
index array or a local object and just use a count value.
Hello all I am using the following script to parse an xml file for an
MP3 player. I use asfunction to play the song clicked on but don 't
know how to keep track of the node being played in order thatWhen I launch Hex I get a window called "Hexagon.out " that reads "Corrupt JPEG data
premature end of data segment ". The close window button is greyed out.
Can anyone translate this for me? Thanks I keep getting internal errors when using the tweak tool. I usually have to quit Hex and
relaunch it because I can 't select or move anything. Is there a way to pinpoint what 's
causing these errors?
I don 't know if these problems have been discussed before.
- The submenus don 't disappear when they should. If I roll over a menu item with a
different submenu the contents of the submenu change. BuI have an iMac G4 800MHz (1Gb Ram) at home and it works well for modeling (as long as
there aren 't too many trees) but it 's a little sluggish doe rendering. I had a 1.8MHz G5
