regardless of what field has focus. I can 't seem to beNew to ActionScript so trying to produce a quick error dialog box. In
Director there is an Alert command to do this is there an equivalent in
FlashMX?

afaik only the compiler (lexer parser) has the concept of *TIn my flashmx IDE I do not have a "publish to flash 7 " item in the publish

i have posted it already earlier today but no response
the problem is iwant to build mp3 player with playlist etc.
When i click on some track it starts loading the mp3 and never aSuppose that class doesnt use anything esle than xml or loadVars so just
see whats a format you receive your data and try to extract information
you need in form thats suitable for your neeeds - waHi folks
I 've tried to make use of (try catch finally) in order to make shure
loadMovie receives valid image url.
But since loadMovie doesnt resturn any success parameter except error I
was 'nt I am not actually using the components just the compiled runtime classes. I would love to build a custom parser but do you have a link to where I could get some information to get started?

okay i 've read the updated flasm docs and i just have a couple of
questions not about coding but about IDE/etc..
since (for reasons i 'll never understand) identifier length STILL makes Shure there are a way - dont use built in components usualy building
custom data parser is not that hard.

I have a vertical button bar (containing 6 buttons) on the left and a
Grid Control on the right. Each button press represents a different
dataset which gets displayed in the Grid on thIs it possible to call functions between seperate HTML
frames.
