Someones just asked me for help with a problem where by there foreign characters are appearing in a funny manner when using a mailto in there getURL.
i.e.

inside of a particular text box when that second movie loads. What 's the

I have a flash movie that loads data from a backend then loads many
small thumbnail flash movies. These get placed into scrollers - menu
that display the flash movie and scroll backwards and fHi
The thing I want is to have a central place of all my text formats. Like a
stylesheet in HTML. It seems overkill to define all TextFormats in each
static function call. But it tells me thatIs there a way for Flash to figure the dimension of a dynamically loaded
image or movie.
I try to do something like this
_root.createEmptyMovieClip( "myMovie " 100)
myBigMovie.myMovie.loadMovI load a movie into a movieclip using the createEmptyClip then loadmovie
commands. The movie loads and displays but it 's just static - none of the
actionscript (keyboard mouse etc.) in it runs. TheI have 2 swf 's the first swf loads the second swf into an mc on stage.
The second swf which is lower on the layout needs to position some of
it 's elements close to the top of the stage.
